Before the meeting:
You will be asked to enter your Name and Email address. This information will be used in the minutes of the meeting.
Asking Questions:
To ask your questions you are to use the chat tool. We will have a board member monitoring the questions. If the question does not pertain to the current topic; it will be read during the question and answer period.
Motions:
Motions will be done using the poll feature. The polls will pop-up with your question options. Choose your selection and it will bring you back to the main screen.
Nominations:
We will ask for Nominations to be done using the chat tool.
Audio and Video:
- You will have to create a zoom account; however, You DO NOT have to download the app.
- Optional - Review 2020 Meeting Minutes; We will give you 5 mins during the meeting to review the minutes. However, if you would like review them ahead of time, you can find the link below.

- Your video will not be required to be on, the screen will be on the speaker as well as screen sharing the agenda and any visual aid documents.
